Last week, the DC brokerage community gathered to celebrate the completion of the first phase of a major lobby renovation project at Terrell Place. Terrell Place, a trophy office building located in Penn Quarter with 300,000 square feet of prime office space available, is being marketed exclusively by JLL.
The lobby renovations include large-scale, reactive media on the lobby walls and corridor portals that create a sense of connectivity in the lobby spaces. Three content modes – Seasons, Color Play and Cityscape – offer a selection of scenes which can be programmed with varying durations and sequences, ensuring tenants never see the same scene even if they arrive and leave at the same time every day.
The vision and inspiration of the building’s owner, Beacon Capital Partners, was showcased at the cocktail reception on June 16 in the 7th Street lobby, amidst the motion-activated media displays created by ESI Design.
